Civil Serice Hub is the first member-based non-governmental organisation dedicated to developing a professional network for civil servants and individuals in the public sector to create a platform for effective coordination, partnership and professional development opportunities.
The Hub was established in 2021 by individuals highly experienced in the public sector and international organisations, including high-ranking positions in civil service. These professionals were directly responsible and leading important public administration reforms in Georgia in the past decade. The team at the Civil Service is made up of national and international consultants with extensive experience in various public sectors, such as; public administration, civil service, anti-corruption, policy development, state procurement, regional development etc.
Civil Service Hub is dedicated to representing the interest of civil servants and individuals employed in the public sector as stand-alone stakeholders in all public administration reforms and related discussions. The Hub also offers professional development opportunities and training, that is directed to the empowerment and strengthening of civil service, which is the basis of strong institutions and good governance.
